I keep getting my client bugged for no reason, sometimes it works perfectly fine, then sometimes the assets don’t load and I get stuck playing like this, where nothing is loaded even after 10 minutes, I get good ping but no assets no anything, only heads of character are loaded in R15 or R6 whole static body

then many times the loading screen gets stuck indefinitely and I have to close and open roblox again to fix it

Expected behavior

The loading screen time should not take this long! when I have good internet. When it does get stuck, I close and open roblox again from browser and it loads instantly.
The assets should not be allowed to stay unloaded. It seems really inconsistent, when everything is fine and the starting assets are loaded fine and after if the game wants to load new assets, the whole game gets stuck trying to load that asset, so for that split second I am stuck doing nothing (Ex. I use ability A, the effects are displayed for the first time so it takes time to load that asset, and so I am stuck during that laoding phase)
But then you sometimes get this client issue where not much is loaded and my game runs perfectly with low ping, but no assets yeah

Steps to reprodue
Perhaps its only an issue on my end but here is the timeline of my actions:
1- Join a game I want to play
2- Two things can happen: The client works perfectly, or the assets don’t load
3- If the assets don’t load, I try to join again, bascially close and open roblox client again, this fixes the problem

extra: This can also randomly happen when I join different servers in-game, basically my client stays open but I join another server, like I am in a matchmaking zone and get paired up with my opponent and we get teleported to a differnt server, then there is a chance that this issue appears, and after it appears, no matter how many times I switch servers within client, it wont fix unless I close and open client.

Now about loading screen getting stuck
1- PLaying a game
2- Teleported to a reserved server or a lobby in-game
3- during teleporting theres a chance I get stuck

Hi thanks for responding quickly, I need to first clarify that I have been playing for a few hours after reinstalling the roblox client and have not yet encountered the asset loading issue, I am not completely sure if that fixed the asset loading problem or not
I will let you know if I encounter it again

edit: actually just after wrote this messege I encountered the asset loading issue :sob: but I failed to capture the data, if I encounter it again I will provide the data
