Roblox crashing seconds after launching

So, i’v had this problem since June 2023. Error message: ‘An unexpected error occurred and Roblox needs to quit. We're sorry!. Been following Roblox games load for about 3 seconds then instantly crash. Have been following Roblox games load for about 3 seconds then instantly crash ever since it started happening.

Reproduction steps: Launch roblox and wait for a few seconds. Happens 100% of the time.

Log/dump files were attached to the internal ticket by a Roblox Staff (@Focia19), due to the sensitive information they may contain, will not be shared publicly!

What. Have you deleted some file off of Roblox?

The issue is caused by the unsigned module C:\Program Files (x86)\Generic\Network Printer Wizard\NPWprint.dll . Please remove the module in question and try again.
