Currently, no player animations for R6 or R15 work and give errors.
This is in Studio and both the application.
System Information: Intel® Core™ i7-7700K Processor @ 4.20 GHz, 16 GB, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

I expect the animations to work.
Having same issue here. Also a friend with same issue. Guess something is down.
same issue as well, it was working a couple minutes ago then suddenly started throwing sanitized ID errors
Oh, I had the same error. You’re not the only one with the error. It’s just a bug, might be fixed soon.

This means they’re probably doing something with animations right now.
Edit: Actually, it seems they’re doing a lot of stuff right now. People are experiencing other bugs on the platform like issues with the chat and issues with groups.
Some employee hit the wrong button.
The default animations are now private for whatever reason and can’t be used pls fix
Yep, this is definitely happening universally. Just noticed it when I joined a few games and all their animations were broken.
This happens in every game, even my games. All default animation packages are not loading. This must be top priority for Roblox admins because it effects all games.
Yes, but how hard is it really to revert a change like this? Unless they did some rm -rf in the animations directory without backups, you’d think they could just undo it.
It’s not only animations, for me, everything that has an assetid and isnt preloaded just dosent work.
It was working before, it should be easy to fix. Animations are only able to be used by the owner of the uploader. So the package animations are the only animations all developers have access to. so maybe a admin thought they found an oversight, made the change to make sure animations are only used by the uploader, when they accidentally broke all Roblox characters.
I am really glad someone noticed this. I just started working and this happened. Luckily I am not the only one. Does anyone know when exactly this started? I just came back from school so I dunno

Just started pretty much when the post was made.
Same error not just in studio but I am also having it in game 
I still in school
I joined my game on mobile and saw the animations were gone. I don’t know if all animations work though. The package animation not working is a big issue though.
Me too, testing layered clothing in studio and no animations at all.
