I explained the issue on X as well, but this has impacted some users who play Roblox on a laptop with an ARMS-based processor. Although you can freely install the Roblox Player onto ARMS64 Windows 11, it throws out an error everytime Roblox is attempting to launch. This is the error that pops up when trying to launch Roblox:
I have tried to delete temp files, use a different Windows account, and start Roblox on a different Roblox account with no success. Wifi speeds were fine, but it was most likely a compatibility issue with Windows 11 devices using an ARMS-based processor. As far as I am aware, the problem started occurring on January 22 (~ 2 days ago from the time this post was made) and became an apparent problem for some time. It was most likely a new Roblox update releasing that day, which caused it to stop working. I had been able to play Roblox just fine on a laptop with an ARMS-based processor, where I particularly livestream and make videos on there. Here is the processor that I use, as well as the type of architecture my device uses:
The only solution I could think of at the moment is to use Link Phone and play Roblox through there, but it acts like it is played on mobile, so it’s inefficient. Roblox is also blocked off from the Microsoft Store on ARMS64 Windows 11 devices, as the architecture requires x64.
As in for Roblox Studio, it was able to run properly through emulation. Any help/support is appreciated.
