The GPU will not respond to further commands, probably because the calling application has passed an invalid command.)
Check if your drivers are up-to-date, that’s all I can say. (This error message from DirectX, not exclusive to Roblox)

This has been happening to me alot recently.
For some reason, sometimes it stops happening, then it suddenly happens again.
To me, this seems like a network-related issue, does the game crash at all? It just seems like Roblox is failing to load correctly causing the game not to initalise right.
i dont think sooo.
it does crash, the pictures were taken when the game crashed.
dunno how the hell the client messes up that bad the game looks like that.
No
OpenGL and Vulkan worked fine without crashing up until a few weeks ago.
D3D is the main focus at ROBLOX, any exploit prevention pipeline goes through this as they don’t want to add more work on top of what already needs to be done, it’s a waste of time to work on Vulkan and OpenGL when less than 2% of the user-base uses it, especially when it’s activated by FFlags

Hello all, Currently, there are three known issues: Enabling the Vulkan renderer through local FFlags triggers Hyperion. An older version (2007) of xinput1_3.dll is incompatible with Hyperion. Bitdefender is incompatible with Hyperion. Fixes for the Bitdefender issue are in the pipeline.

Trigger ≠ Block
Vulkan’s implementation is screwed up in Roblox, which causes Hyperion to believe something malicious is going on, fixes are on the way.
Has a fix been pushed out to the stable build yet?
On Linux, yes.
But for Windows, unsure, nobody has really been active in this thread leading me to believe that the majority of the issues that people described here was resolved but the issues varied to person to person.
The last LIVE deployment push was 12 hours ago (8th of November, 21:31 GMT)
I still experience random crashing after playing for a little while, no error log or anything, just like everyone else
Have you done any troubleshooting steps here:
Also have you tried the following:
- Unplugging all hardware apart from your keyboard and mouse to verify the crashing isn’t caused by other non-essential peripherals
- Make sure to not enforce the Player to use the Vulkan rendering API via FastFlags
- Make sure you have quit out of Bitdefender fully (If you have it)
- Make sure you have unplugged any Logitech steering wheels as it has been confirmed to cause crashes (If you have one)
- Quit out of non-critical processes and try again
- Go into Task Manager, disable most if all applications on start-up and restart your machine to try again
yeah no, unplugging everything, absolutely no external processes, and several other methods haven’t changed it. The update unfortunately didnt help, and i havent tried using the windows store version to see if it helps, but i dont really want to be stuck with the extremely poor quality of that version.
It’s not been resolved for me at all and im Windows.
i have this issue too! i launch a game, wait 3 seconds and the game chrashes. here is a log
0.578.0.5780566_20231125T143810Z_Player_533FF_last.log (3.0 KB) im currently stuck on uwp client.
This is currently happening to me as well since 16th November.
its been happening to me for 3 weeks now. Roblox DevRel seems to have fixed the issue for like 50% of people, then suddenly just vanished.
Hopefully @Bitdancer can actually help us as this is still affecting a large amount of users.
UWP Client used to work for me, not is just doesn’t work at all. It’s rendered me complete unable to play roblox.
I decided to check this thread again, and good lord, this issue still hasn’t been fixed after so long? What are they doing?
Which one? There are at least 20 different issues here. Just because there is a crash, it doesn’t mean it has the same root cause. Having said that, there are still a lot of crash dumps in my inbox, and we are working through it one by one.
Yeah I’m also having roblox crashing after loading for a few seconds.
I first crashed when attempting to use my airpods. Disconnecting them fixed the issue.
Later, when using another wireless headset to play, I disconnected the headset while in a game and instantly crashed.
So, for me, it seems to be an issue with sound devices, specifically bluetooth.
