question, if a team member is under 18 years old, when winning the RDC, can he receive an invitation together with his authorized person who is 18 years old, for example, parents.
Is it even possible to get an invitation by meeting certain conditions?

This is answered in the document for the participation rules, if they are under 17 they can go with a legal guardian
b) Entrants between 13 and 17 years old ensure that you have parental/legal guardian
authorization to take part in the Contest.
No, he can’t unfortunately. RDC has been 18+ for a few years due to some situations that have happened there afaik.

The Terms of Participation say that this is acceptable. However, there is no mention of the RDC

Hi! We updated the submission page where we will ask if they member is 13 years or older, or 18 years or older. If you have already submitted your challenge, this should not affect your response.

Hi! As long as your experience is public and linked in the submission form, you should be fine. Also do not edit your experience after the challenge is over.
