Theres a bug with roblox support where they issue a Security Notification and when they do, it removes all data on the account, This includes my 2fa, fully verified email, password and any other data that was on my account, this is a MAJOR bug and I have had tickets where they even help me on the account. hopefully this can get fixed for my account “krump91” I have posted some images where the bug occurs. and also, them helping me with the said account. I just made this ticket for this case 125959106

I was reviewing threads here, and I see others have experienced this issue as well here are some threads ive come across, I didnt know if I was suppose to reply to that thread, or make a new one. so I made a new one to report this issue. hopefully my account “krump91” gets put back on my email “bob.theerbes@gmail.com” (check the tickets for proof)

Expected behavior
Security Notification to be removed and id expect the account to be put back on the previously verified email bob.theerbes@gmail.com as it has been for the past like 7+ years.
To reproduce this, I am pretty sure this happens when your account is part of a data leak, or your account gets compromised. when this happens the Security Notification gets put on the account. when this happens your roblox account and all of its info gets completely removed, this is a major bug as the info that was on the account for 7years gets wiped.
