Reproduction Steps

The Sponsor tab is not showing on the home page, and the sponsors aren’t showing on discovery pages

Expected Behavior

I expect to see the sponsor tab and see the sponsors on discovery pages

Actual Behavior

They are hidden and they can’t be seen which means sponsors are going into the drain

Same issue is happened to me too… I just putted 57,000 Robux into sponsor and noticed that people can’t see it at all.

I putted in 40,000 robux and that’s what happened.

Yup same thing is happened to me too… I guess the issue caused when Roblox is was down.

Also you can see it happened with ADS before: UGC Sponsored Ads' page not functioning - #3 by dvdko

It’s bad enough sponsors barely get any results anymore… but now they get 0 after the site went down.

Same darn issue. I hope they fix it and if not give us our money back.

Same thing happened to my friends and I today, 40k sponsor to only have 5k impressions after 12 hours.

This still seems to be occuring to both my friend and I. This seems to be occurring after the downtime today, as my sponsors from earlier during the day completely stopped gaining impressions and clicks, and any new ones do not get any at all.

Happens to me too, the sponsors are not being displayed.

Hey I just wanted to say that I started a few sponsors a few hours ago and I’m still getting the same issue.

Could you send me information on what sponsor you ran? (such as which specific asset(s) did you sponsors, when did you start the sponsor, any relevant screenshots) Feel free to send this information to me via private message and I’ll forward it.
