Again, I didnt ask reset my password, roblox has logged me out, reset my password and now asks me to change it via non-exsiting email.
I didnt associate my account with mail just because I had no second email address. I set my password strong enough to not be hacked

Why roblox allows people to create account without any email or phone number in the first place. AND after you do this to lock out people WITH NO EMAIL OR PNONE ASSOCIATED… I am very sure lot of kids just create account without any email and phone number and they know it. You should just make it so that it is mandatory to have email or phone number when creating an account
Well, I’m not so sure having Mandatory email is very smart. there are kids out there that don’t have mail or their parents dislike putting their information into websites and that will cause a issue. Roblox makes there page for support much more friendly than it actually is which is not allowed if there not going to follow it to the slightest bit. The next step is probably to contact support with upsetting words to get them to do it.
Roblox support is unfortunately terrible and this may not help. If that’s the case i am truly sorry about losing your account
I advise you to wait for the response from the customer service, they usually respond within 1 to 3 days if they have not responded to you after 14 days you can try to contact them again and make sure you have also received the confirmation email indicating that your request has been received.
@Roblox Should fix this. Resetting accounts with no emails attached and then asking for an email is simply a flawed system. You might as well be effectively deactivating an account. How could this possibly help anyone…
If you didn’t attach a phone number or an email, that means you didn’t finish setting up your account. Roblox has a permanent warning message on the front page that says you can lose the account if you don’t add these.
I fully agree with u! BUT u described not my case, if roblox ALLOWS users not to ATTACH email or phone to accounts, ROBLOX SECURITY SYSTEM MUST NOT SECURE ME THAT WAY, OTHERWISE ROBLOX HAS TO HAVE WAYS TO GET THESE ACCOUNTS BACK.
Again it’s my own risk, if my account gets hacked (for the instance by brute), it will be my fault, my case my account was secured via resetting my password with no way to get it back, as i’ve said before, i set strong enough password to not be hacked, i didnt do log out. I do believe it wasnt my fault.
What will happened if somebody enter wrong password on account with no mail or phone associated multiple times, will this account get secured by resseting password, if yes, how many accounts can be compromised that way…
Did you make sure to give Roblox Support sufficient proof that you own the account? Try giving lots of things only the account owner would know.

No, i ask em to give me questions that can help to verify my account. Also I have static ip address (brought about 4 months ago), my session was way too long (on the same machine), also my friends in both accounts can confirm my ownership
yeah, it’s not a good idea to ask them to give you questions. If it is AI, it won’t really work, at least from what I’ve heard. Just give them the info, if they need it anyway, there’s no point in waiting for them to ask for it. It would be better all in one request, and Roblox has no way to verify it’s not you behind those other accounts (your friends), for example.
Basically, think from their POV. What info can you give them only the account owner would know and they can use to verify you are the account owner? (i.e. other accounts wouldn’t work). If they don’t accept the session being way too long on your machine, give them something else. There’s no use arguing if they already decline it.
I can think from their pov as a developer, all they need is just compare my ip address, machine with current ones and ask me password. it’s enough as for me, but all they say is “ACCOUNT CANNOT BE VERFIED BECAUSE NO MAIL/PHONE/PURCHASE.”
Should they have reset your password? Maybe not, but I think the point of this is that they somehow detected your account as having been stolen. They also thought of people without any associated Phone Numbers or Emails, and added the note about contacting Support so you could share information such as redeemed Gift card codes (which I have heard works). Unfortunately, if you really have nothing other than your password, then you are simply locked out. In that case, they absolutely shouldn’t have reset it.
Some of this blame also falls onto you, the account owner, for not listening to Roblox’s constant warnings about Lockout and adding a recovery email. Surely you’ve gotten warnings about that.
