I’ve been having this exact issue, but both in experiences and Studio. From what I’ve tested, this only appears to happen in strictly R6 forced experiences. (I could be wrong although) For me this issue started around three days ago.
EDIT: As of today, the issue also affects R15 forced experiences.
You’ve provided no logs, specs, nothing. Your report will be closed if you don’t provide this information—it’s impossible for engineers to assist you without it.
There literally is no logs, or anything. I have a top of the line computer. Yesterday studio was working perfectly fine but since they updated it, it’s really laggy and jittery. I have an RTX 4070, Core i7 13700k.

but i have seen this described issue before. if you are running windows 11 you gotta open the settings app then head over to Display > Graphics > Change default graphics settings and switch off optimizations for windowed games
once you do that restart studio and the problem should be gone
