What made you think that just because you as a singular person can join that its only a handful?
I’m sure even if its not “all” players if its quite a large amount then its robloxcritical worthy.
Every player that can’t join is potentially lost revenue after all.
From what I see the point of what you quoted is to ensure its not a singular user issue but a significant platform wide issue.
I think there’s something wrong at Roblox’s end. Something with the servers, they seem to respond erratically. Yes, I’ve experienced some loading too long to be average while trying to join a VIP server.
Yeah I have this issue too. When ever this happens I try on more time and it usually works. But this issue should be fixed. On a side not every scenes this update there is major chat lag. I’m not the only one going though this chat lag I checked with a few other active Roblox players…
I hate to be that guy but is there any plan of partial reimbursement for developers who had running sponsors/ads during the 8-10 hours of players not being able to join games. Seeing as for some developers this could have and has resulted in a detrimental loss of expected revenue.
It sucks but that’s part of the risk you take when you pay for an ad or sponsor. I don’t think Roblox has ever refunded people when occurrences like this happen.
General update: there were multiple compounding issues, we have fixed some of them, others are still in progress. The remaining issues are creating additional lag while playing/using the site, as well as increased time for server startup (most noticably, starting team create servers is still currently slow / sometimes getting into a failure loop for being too slow). We are continuing to investigate and make improvements.
Having the same issue as before right now, can’t load studio for any of my games. Trying to release an update but I can’t open anything. Only occurring in games with Team Create.
Side note: Why does this seem to happen every Friday afternoon?
