RoTrophies – The Ultimate Trophy System for Roblox Games

RoTrophies – The Ultimate Trophy System for Roblox Games

What is RoTrophies?

RoTrophies is a game-changing achievement system for Roblox that finally brings the thrill of trophy hunting to the platform.

:video_game: For Players (Trophy Hunters): 100% FREE, FOREVER.
:trophy: For Game Creators: $4.99/month after the first free month.

RoTrophies lets players collect, track, and showcase their trophies across multiple games, something Roblox Badges simply can’t do.

For Trophy Hunters, it provides a dedicated profile, leaderboards, completion tracking, and a showcase for all their achievements.
For Game Creators, it offers a powerful plugin and dashboard to add trophies, analyze player progress, and increase retention.

:bulb: Why Paid? To maintain the platform, prevent spam/troll trophies, and ensure quality. Free tools get abused—RoTrophies keeps achievements legit and valuable.

Why RoTrophies Instead of Roblox Badges?

Roblox already has Badges, but they’re invisible, boring, and forgotten.

The Problems with Roblox Badges:

:x: No rarity system—every badge is just a badge.
:x: No leaderboard or progression tracking.
:x: No engagement—players earn them and forget them.

RoTrophies Fixes This with a True Trophy System:

:white_check_mark: Trophy Dashboard – Track and showcase trophies across multiple games.
:white_check_mark: Leaderboards & Completion Stats – Compete, compare, and see your 100% completions.
:white_check_mark: Custom Trophy Rarities – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Hidden Trophies.
:white_check_mark: A Platform, Not Just a Badge System – Future bonuses, events, collabs, and more.

How It Works (For Creators & Players)

For Game Creators ($4.99/month, first month FREE)

:one: Install the RoTrophies Plugin in Roblox Studio.
:two: Create trophies via the dashboard or plugin.
:three: Write unlock conditions in your game scripts.
:four: Players earn trophies, which appear in-game for everyone.
:five: Track detailed analytics on trophy unlock rates, player progression, and engagement.

:mag: It’s more than achievements—it’s a new way to track user behavior like a funnel, but based on rewards.

For Trophy Hunters (100% FREE, FOREVER)

:heavy_check_mark: Log in, play games, earn trophies.
:heavy_check_mark: Trophies appear instantly in-game and on your profile.
:heavy_check_mark: View your trophy collection across all games.
:heavy_check_mark: Compete on leaderboards, track 100% completions.
:heavy_check_mark: Future rewards & bonuses for active players.

The Future of RoTrophies

:rocket: Upcoming features:
:iphone: Mobile App – Track trophies anywhere.
:gift: Creator & Player Bonuses – Earn rewards for engagement.
:bar_chart: More Advanced Analytics – Understand player behavior at a deeper level.

What is this? A plugin? A module?

I like the concept but im confused about how this works.

Its a plugin… I think?

Then it sounds sorta like a plugin that imports a module, no?

I don’t wanna give my email to try it, so honestly, no thank you. If you want people to test free, can’t you just use the creator marketplace or something and make the free version useless after the beta?

Free say what, not free if it is only for a month,… be honest…

You are aren’t reading properly the post, this is a SaaS (Software as a Service), where CREATORS pay a monthly fee to give their game a new achievement system.

Everyone can sign up as a USER in rotrophies and it’s FREE, but if you are a creator and want to create your own trophies, then you will pay for it (4.99$), why paying for this service? Because it gives you a boost in player’s engagement and better player retention, you pay to receive more basically.

you expect people to pay for fancier badges? :sob:

Do you have any proof or example of this, so I know this Software as a Service actually works?

so youre telling me we have to pay a fee for a system that is most likely open source somewhere on github? great, ok.

badges except without actual badges?

memory stores? and a bit of data analysis?

theyre achievements not points

achievements are unique to each game, why would we need this?

yeah but the devs somehow have to pay

ok, so is this a plugin that inserts a module or a plugin that grabs a BindableEvent and hooks up to a POST request? i dont understand this.

i think you repeated this

im going to assure you players wont give a crap.

ok so HOW does it work?

this post is hella confusing to read. and i believe paid services do not belong in #resources, rather in #help-and-feedback:creations-feedback. anyway, unless we get to know how this exactly works, i would not recommend.

You forgot one:

It’s not really customizable or anything, but still.

technically theyre correct - roblox simply assigns rarity as a percentage for players achieved/total players.

there is really no rarity as in your usual “common rare legendary” thing. and it doesnt show anywhere on your profile. i do prefer how roblox does it though. its automatic, it clearly shows the difficulty, and that.

i mean, cant we pin badges to our profile? what do we earn them for?

fair enough

I wish we could set badges as control (out of how many players that got badge got otherbadge?). Every player can get a “joined the game” badge, but will everyone “Customize your character?” “Kill an enemy?” “Defeat a boss?” What should the difficulty be based on? IG it can be done with ingame scripts, but still, the website display is subpar because of this.

If someone joins and leaves, that affects the difficulty for hard badges negatively.

That being said, the valid (yet aggressive, I’m not involved) criticism displayed here is pretty valid nonetheless.

I do want to add that only developers will even have a likely chance knowing about this resource and it’s site to even view the leaderboards and stuff, since you can’t direct users offsite. You should probably make a game managing that sort of stuff that developers can direct users to for trophy hunting.

Just to say “hey I got a hard badge” I guess. You can probably think of it like the .speedrun.com leaderboard. Not sure how the difficulty of a trophy would be evaluated if not set by the developer, and even if it IS set by the developer it will still be abused and #### up the leaderboard.

This is an older rule, especially since… new creator marketplace… and plugins… also,

it now says it’s allowed in the about this category section.

so badges but I have to pay to add them.

the only con here is that said feature only works in games where this service exists, therefore i see no proper use case for it.

whoops, missed that one.

I mean, a major part of the service IS to keep track of badges throughout every game that uses it. I don’t see many developers using this though, most people on the forums would never even think about buying a 5-dollar plugin.

Can you actually show a video of this?

Since you are saying this is a SaaS, you are implying this has a recurring payment business model? I highly suggest developers create these systems themselves. A Badge system as a service and not a product (1 time purchase) makes absolutely no sense in long term development.
