What does this tool do?

We wanted to create a system to make handling event much much easier but found that using google forms/google sheets just created more work. We wanted a system which was not only secure but also gave us insight into who was doing what in our communities. So we created the event logger, we its feature list below:

How to setup!

First head to RovolutionLogistics logistics.rovolution.me and log in!
Navigate to Dashboard and hit Create Project

Name the project and click Next, then select Event Logging and finally click Create Project

4.Now you should be greeted this something that looks like this, fill out the fields as you require:

Next we need to connect our discord server, scroll to access settings and click Connect to Different Discord!

Follow the onscreen instructions and authorise RovolutionLogistics to see the servers you are in, this data is not stored on our servers!

After hitting connect on your server, you will then need to add the bot, either using the link at the top of the page or here, Invite Bot! Remember to click save!
Refresh the page and if you were successful you should see a green tick!

Now choose where to report the events and who can access the logger, leave this empty to allow any logged in user to access!

How you need to add your training types, I have also set the points to what I want them to be!

If you want the co-host drop down to suggest users, you need to set a group ID, Remember to click save!

After all that is done, the form will suggest users!
