To help ensure everyone is aware of the rules they must follow while playing any of Ruby Resort’s games, we have made a list of rules, of which everyone is required to follow upon entering any Ruby Resort game. Please note, if a rule isn’t stated, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s accepted, staff get the final say in what is acceptable. Failure to follow these rules may result in consequences.
1 - Behavior
1a - Respect
Show everyone respect within any Ruby Resort games, whether they be staff, or a guest, it doesn’t matter. This includes tolerating everyone and public decency such as no swearing.
1b - Trolling
We allow freedom of speech but this does not mean you can troll. Trolling will result in consequences and examples of such behavior are:
- Demanding for a service not provided by Ruby Resort
- Continuously making demands for a request you know we cannot do
1c - Bypassing The Roblox Chat Filter
This is strictly prohibited, the chat filter is there to protect our games and bypassing it will result in consequences.
1d - Listen to Staff Members
You are to obey any reasonable request a staff member asks of you, they are here to help better your experience, if you believe their request isn’t reasonable, feel free to report it to an executive.
1e - No Spamming
Flooding the chat with multiple messages at a fast pace will result in consequences, especially if the same message is repeated.
1f - Dress Appropriately
Everyone is required to wear appropriate attire to any Ruby Resort game, if a staff member determines you are not, you may be removed from the game.
1g - Advertising
Advertising any game, group, or service not related to Ruby Resort will result in being removed from the server.
1h - Abide by Roblox Terms of Service
All violations of the Roblox Terms of Service are taken seriously and treated as such. If we find you are in violation of the Roblox ToS, we will ban you and report you to Roblox moderators.
1i - Don’t Criticize Anyone or Any Groups
Talking about any groups or any people including Ruby Resort negatively is prohibited.
1j - Finding a Loophole
Finding a way through any of the rules listed above can still result in action from a moderator. Staff get the final say in what is and is not allowed.
2. Exploiting
Exploiting is strictly prohibited on Roblox and as a result, is prohibited in any Ruby Resort game, examples of such behavior are:
- Intentionally glitching into prohibited areas
- Flying your character
- Changing your Walkspeed
- Disrupting the activities of any game
3. Staff Rules
3a. Be Kind & Respectful
All staff are expected to be kind and respectful to everyone at all times. No matter what they may have done to you, you are expected to return with kindness. Failure to do so may result in a demotion.
3b. Point Cheating
Checking guests in/out without them requesting so is referred to as point cheating. We have logs of every time you check in/out a guest and know when you are point cheating. This will result in being fired from your employment at Ruby Resort.
3c. Have Patience
Having patience when dealing with a guest is importance. The concept of a resort may be new to them and they may need some explaining.
3d. Answer Questions
Familiarize yourself with the resort and our systems, you should be able to answer any question a guest gives you. If you can’t ask another staff member if they know.
If any moderator or staff member sees you in violation of any of these rules, they may subject you to any of the following
- Warning
- Kick
- Ban from the server
- Permanent Ban
