This is the rank you get when you join the Ruby Resort group, Resort Guest’s are essential to the everyday operation of Ruby Resort.
Business Partner
This rank is given to representatives from an ally of Ruby Resort.
Staff Roles
Instant Staff Employees
These staff members purchased access to working behind reception. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to have as many staff there to help check you in/out.
Moderator
Moderators purchased moderator commands to help ensure the resort runs smoothly by taking action against anyone in violation of our rules.
Intern V.I.P.
These staff members purchased the ability to help out at sessions and use moderator commands. They help us make sure each guest has the best experience with us possible by helping you out at sessions and moderating the resort.
Low Ranks
Trainee
Trainees are employees that were just hired, in order to complete their employment, Trainees have to attend a training session.
Junior Receptionist
Junior Receptionists are essential to the operation of the resort as they check guests in/out!
Receptionist
Receptionists are essential to the operation of the resort as they check guests in/out!
Advanced Receptionist
Advanced Receptionists are essential to the operation of the resort as they check guests in/out!
Senior Receptionist
Senior Receptionists are essential to the operation of the resort as they check guests in/out! They’re now able to move up into Intern!
Middle Ranks
Intern
Interns are in training to become a full management staff member, they must pass an MR training to rank up!
Resort Specialist
Resort Specialists help out at sessions and moderate the resort!
Assistant Manager
Assistant Managers help out at sessions and moderate the resort!
Service Manager
Service Managers help out at sessions and moderate the resort!
General Manager
Resort Specialists help out at sessions and moderate the resort!
High Ranks
Resort Director
Resort Directors can now host sessions, help out at sessions, and moderate the resort as well as some behind the scenes tasks to help keep Ruby Resort operating smoothly.
Board of Directors
Board of Directors can host sessions, help out at sessions, and moderate the resort as well as some more behind the scenes responsibilities to help keep Ruby Resort operating smoothly.
Head of Directors
Head of Directors can now host sessions, help out at sessions, and moderate the resort as well as some behind the scenes tasks to help keep Ruby Resort operating smoothly, in addition to that, they watch over the Board of Directors & Resort Directors.
Executive Ranks
Executive Director
Executive Directors oversee the High Ranks to ensure they’re fulfilling the responsibilities that come with their title. In addition to that, they are of extreme importance to making decisions for the future of Ruby Resort.
Happiness Engineer
Happiness Engineers oversee all Ruby Resort activities and ensure everything runs smoothly. They assign roles, have a major part in decisions, and make sure everything runs as it should. This is the highest achievable rank.
