Says 0 players even though there are hundreds?

So in my game spooked it says 0 players online on the front page, my favorites, and recently played.
But in reality there are a lot of operating servers don’t know why this is happening? I think it’s also happening with Tradelandes.

This is actually really hurting my game’s business right now, could we have this looked at quickly? Who do we contact for stuff like this?

EDIT: Scratch that, it looks fixed now.

Nope still not fixed. Now it’s 0 players on main page, and 0 players on refresh page.
I join the game and there is like 20 player inside.

Feel like this just happens whenever the site is overloaded with traffic, random things start breaking left and right. (See also the other threads in Web Bugs about site issues etc)
