Additions

Holding Q with cuffs and clicking on a player now forces them to jump, restrained or not.

Shotguns now play shell insert sounds instead of using a rifle reload sound.

Knife now has a stabbing sound.

You can now press space at any time during the loading screen to speed up the process.
Improvements & Changes

Alpha-1 changed from zipties to handcuffs.

SRU may now handcuff Foundation Personnel under Level 2.

IA may no longer cuff Class A personnel (O5 Council members and Site Directors).

Dead players can no longer be restrained. This does not mean that you’ll be uncuffed if you or your restrainer dies. Still don’t have a fix for that.

Zipties now have a 0.5 second cooldown to prevent double clicking.

Gun reload sound changed.

Fire cycle can no longer be changed while the gun is being shot.
