Screen Space Refraction Customization Beyond Glass Lensing

As a Roblox Developer, it is currently too hard to push any lensing effect beyond what can be done with the glass material. The way in which glass refracts objects is great in it of itself already, but it would be great if it could be pushed even further and possibly even outside glass material for things like gravitational lensing and what-not.

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because it would allow me to proceed with creating unique spacial environments and would allow me to make use of it for larger, more elaborate effects.

Refraction and lensing to these two degrees would be incredibly helpful when creating blackholes or making an epic invisible texture that isn’t actually invisible.
(First image would be amazingly great for lensing effects outside a refracted part, like how a light gradient appears outside neon parts)
(Second image used to be a bug for glass lensing at a certain transparency that was patched out)
