Scrolling while simultaneously dragging an object is slow/inconsistent with the new explorer

Currently if you try to scroll in the new explorer while simultaneously dragging an object. It will scroll extremely inconsistently compared to when you’re not dragging an object. Often not scrolling at all or moving much slower. Something which currently doesn’t happen with the old explorer

Thanks for the report! A fix should be coming next week. Gonna close this as a duplicate since we’ve got another ticket to track this
