Security Notification – no email or phone number for Account Recovery

I’m encountering an issue with my alt account, MCJunJinWoo. When I attempt to log in, I am faced with a Security Notification.

what happens:

I try to log into my MCJunJinWoo account.

I am then asked to solve several CAPTCHA challenges the difference is this is not happening to my alts

After entering my credentials, I am immediately confronted with a Security Notification.

Despite attempting a password reset, I never receive any verification emails.

I also tried changing the email on this account, but I still didn’t receive any email confirmation.

This issue is preventing me from accessing my account, and it contains important, personal items that I need to recover.

System Info:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
Browser: Google Chrome (PC)

Expected behavior

I want to login to my acc without error and this time verify my acc with email

You never got the Verified, Bonafide, Plaidafied indicating you probably never email verified it assuming ROBLOX still has the item delete request gone.

I just checked and he does infact have it inside his Inventory

I did hear alot of people saying that they don’t receive any emails while their account is locked
