Seltzer Departments & Leadership

This document was written by the administrative board to establish information regarding Seltzer's departments and leadership. Below, you may find information regarding our rank structure and overall department information. Seltzer Departments

At Seltzer, we have multiple departments that keep Seltzer organized. You may find information regarding Seltzer's boards, departments, and more below.

Operations Department
Our operations department manages the overall operation of Seltzer. They handle our session operations, management activity, recruitment/internship process, and more. The operations department handles all Seltzer session operations. This department may be contacted for information regarding the overall operation of sessions.

Staffing Department
Our staffing department manages all management & staff operations. They handle employee behavior, punishments, activity, and more. The staff management department handles mostly all of Seltzer’s employment operations. This department may be contacted for information regarding management affairs, employment, and staff operations.

Communications Department
Our communications department manages all of Seltzer’s public aspects. They handle our marketing and media affairs which include our social media accounts. The department hosts and manages Seltzer’s public and private events and also handles our partnerships. This department may be contacted for information regarding affiliates, marketing, and event affairs.

Council
Seltzer’s council consists of all Executive Assistant+. Council is a board that has all of Seltzer’s departments and leadership: Administrative Board, Staffing Department, Operations Department, and Communications Department

Administrative Board
The administrative board consists of all Administrative Director+. They will lead all of Seltzer’s departments and council. The administrative board are council’s leaderships, and will consist of department overseers.

Community Moderation Team
Our community moderation board consists of non-management members who moderate Seltzer’s facilities. They may be contacted if no management members are online and can not assist you.


Seltzer Departments

At Seltzer, we have group leadership that guides Seltzer's employees and operations. Our leadership team leads all of Seltzer's operations, employees, and much more. Our leadership is divided into many teams, boards, and more. You may find our group leadership information below.

Middle Ranks
Our Middle Ranks will have no participation in a department. However, when a Operations Management gets promoted to Head of Supervision, they will either start their internship in staff management or public relations. Once they are promoted to Executive Assistant, their internship will conclude and they will start working in their preferred department.

High Ranks
Our High Ranks will have participation in departments. Executive Assistant’s are deemed as Department Assistants while Chief Communications Officers, Chief Staff Officers, and Chief Communications Officers are deemed, department coordinators. Our Executive Board consists of department leads and co-leads. Department leads will participate in our administrative operations board. Additionally, any members that only partake in our field operations board will be Executive Assistants.

Senior High Ranks
All Administrative Director+ is considered a member of our administrative board. Members of the board will oversee departments. Vice President+ will oversee all departments.
