i know this is the wrong category but this is considered a bug report.

when i assign my main account to my number and then i would assign another one.

when i try to reset my password for my main account it wouldn’t let me chose and it goes to my alt account to reset password instead, emails also doesn’t work, i made a post about it recently: Unable to receive emails from roblox

so now how im i gonna reset my password??

now im locked out of my account because i wanted to change the password for my main account, but no it goes to my alt account instead without showing a menu of my accounts. tried to take my number off and put it back on again, ‘too many attempts, try again later’ ill wait later and if it directs me to my alt account again, i will post a screenshot of it.

once again, roblox annoys me like usual.

dont worry, you arent the only with the same issue.

have you tried resending the email??

your main account is probably <13 or doesnt have an email onto it.

Go onto the alt account and remove the email from it then try

my main account has 13+ with a email on it, the email doesn’t receive emails from roblox except devforum ones.

1 day later, roblox is still not letting me redo my number onto my main account even though i removed my alt account from it
