Hi, so basically when i try to send a email to request a pass change the email wont come up on my gmail account, I tried countless times to fix it but it never works.
I had this issue for nearly 6 months now and I have to use my phone num to retrieve everything instead of email.

I even tried to send it through my phone, tablet and everything I have. But still it wouldn’t work.
Contacting Roblox support is useless since the email wont come up on my inbox aswell.
and roblox support is terrible anyways
Try any of those steps:
Is the Roblox account email and your email correct together
Check Spam/Junk Folder
Whitelist Roblox
Contact Gmail Support
Verify Email Address
Use alternative emails
Gmail support should be able to collect your email issue resolved if this dosent work then it might be worth creating a new alternative account to try that?
Backup Steps:
Check Gmail Fliters
Check Email Delivery Status
Try a other device and check Gmails.
