After the outage that Roblox had a few hours ago, it appears that some of the privacy, security and other important settings where disabled. This includes (but not limited to);
- Changing Usernames
- Changing Passwords
- Changing Email
- Changing Bio (Profile)
- 2-Step Verification
- Account Restriction (game restrictions from Security page)
- Some privacy settings, such as receiving messages, trade filter, etc.
- All notifications settings
- Social Media
The billing page doesn’t seem to be missing anything, so that’s the only thing that got unaffected by this.
How to Reproduce
- Go into your settings (Roblox)
- Select any type of category.
- You will see that most settings isn’t there.

This page is missing all notifications settings for Roblox
