Hello everyone!
I want to advertise my most recent game trhough the Ads Manager but I’m having two big issues:
- If I try to creare sponsored experience campaigns there’s absolutly no results. There’s an image showing of several of those campaigns showing absolute zero visits (Only one is completed and the rest are paused after several or just a couple of hours as they were not showing any results). The only difference between them is that I tried creating several of them with different audiences (region, platform, targeting). For all of them I set up only one day duration with the minimum budget (5USD). I’m paying with my credit card
- Seeing that there was no progress using sponsored experiences, I tried to create an immersive add campaign. But after setting up the details (with similar parameters as the ones I used of the soponsored experience) I got a “Error - Something went wrong - Please try again later” message when trying to submit the campaign. I tried pausing the other campaigns and sending the campaign in a different browser (Edge) with no result.
