Should I be genuinely concerned about getting suspended for assets?

I quite often upload asset packs from marketplaces into Roblox Studio, these can have hundreds of individual assets in and I’m not always certain which I’m going to use. I also like to just have them in Roblox to play around with.

Sometimes, these packs have textures which aren’t allowed, for example barcodes seem to show up as offsite links, products sometimes have fake web addresses on, or there are assets with adult themes (as in alcohol/ smoking related) in the pack.

I’m obviously not trying to break the rules, and what happens is that these assets are moderated and not allowed to be uploaded (which is no problem, I don’t want them in the game anyway), but I usually get a warning when I log in, saying my account could be suspended in future if I continue. What I’d really like to know is if this is a genuine risk - should I be reviewing every asset I upload to studio (as in, just to a testing asset place, not to my actual games) before uploading them for any potential moderation risks? It goes without saying, if I were to be banned I would essentially lose my livelihood.

Thanks!

EDIT (25th September):

I’ve just been suspended for a day for, presumably a combination of 3-4 product textures I uploaded which had barcodes on and were classed as ‘offsite links’, and two blood textures I uploaded, which despite 17+ experiences being allowed to use, I’ve been banned for a day for. What a system.

it won’t be that harsh but yes you can get baned if you repeat this enough time in a certain time period. So I would be checking the textures (plus, these small warnings affect your account history for devex and things like that a bit.

yea, got banned for a week because of this. roblox won’t ban the asset owner but will ban you for using it in your game.

This makes sense to me, if I use something in my game I can see why I would receive moderation action, but my general attitude to development is just like, get a load of assets in and then figure out what to do with them. It’s a difficult mindset to be in where just uploading something to Roblox studio might lead to account suspension

Gee, if only Roblox would give us some sort of fix to this very specific glaring issue! I sure hope they would DO THAT!
