Thanks. The chair, sofa, and statue were not modeled by me. I tried to fix that weird lighting edge with meshes and unions, but it still looked off.

Make sure you’re using v4 (came out yesterday). As these things usually do, v3 got broken while I was on vacation 
v4 crashes too, once I open any place it stops responding then the unexpected error window comes up

But what exactly does it show us ? Skylight factor ? light spreading in the darkness ? sort of Global illumination ?
The light coming through the hole isn’t full – it’s partially obscure. There’s an eclipse that’s not pictured in the video, which is why zeuxcg said it was a shame it wasn’t done last week.
