This plugin works the same as the one you suggested.
I’ve been getting myself into UI designing myself and tried a couple applications and websites, found one I’m happy working with. I ended up making a little window that I will end up using someday.
(I had nothing good as a placeholder icon, so I used that one)
I plan on making more than just those 3 components, but I still need to work on my creativity before I can do that.
Contrast issue on that notification UI. It’s quite obvious.
Cheeky buttons
Ignore that ugly logo placeholder, lol

@TheLoneNeighbour The GUI doesn’t look the best, in my opinion it’s too dark. and with the “locked” options the lock just seems out of place. However, as a start it looks good.
@Shardwielder Woah, that looks pretty cool, only think I can really suggest is to make it more fluid, make animations when you click buttons rather than it instantly showing a box, it could bounce in, it could fade in or something - play around with effects.
@ItsMatko I know this is only a mockup but rather than having so many thick dark lines, you could remove the bottom one and just make the title area a light gray, here’s a quick example I’ve done.
I made some simple guis, toke like 2 hours in 2 days to make.
Wow, your UI looks fantastic I can´t wait to see your game.
@So_er The only suggestion I can really make is the contrast, some people may struggle to read the text, if they have a visual impairment. Have you tried making the text white?
I know it looks small because the thing I took a pic with is bad.
But thanks for your feedback!
I don’t think he was talking about your UI.
If you’d like me to make a more indepth look, just shoot me a Direct Message & I’ll quite happily review it further for you.
I made this quick website UI Design a little while ago, wanting peoples opinions on it.
The site - all artboards in a row.
Some stuff I have been working on for a future project my team is working on right now. However I have not finished them yet, I need to get around to it.
I get what you’re going for in the Main Screen - however, have you tried a more, mordern approach? Something like this
The GUI Style you are using currently is very out-dated and 90’s theme; however if that is what you were going for, on you go. It looks good for the current theme.
For your second image, the helmet doesn’t have much depth to it, it would be better if there was more shading and an articifal sense of depth, where it looks like the GUI you have on your screen is a genuine helmet rather than a ski-mask.
I’ll try working on the depth in the HUD, appreciating the feedback there. I’ll try and figure my way around it, always felt like something was off.
As for the Main screen, yeah the idea is to go for that more retro-esk sci-fi approach.
I’d say his UI theme is lovely. It fits well with the theme, and the helmet doesn’t look anything like a ski mask imo.
@BrotherBerzerk Glad you listened to the feedback
@CottonCandyInc I wasn’t saying it was a ski-mask, in all honesty that was a poor example. The mask just seems flat, rather than having a 3d element to it, my example was putting on a helmet (with space in-front of you, etc.) compared to putting on a ski-mask (where it’s touching your skin and there is no empty space between your head & the mask).
^ It’s very late if you don’t understand what I mean, just say so.
Oh I am sorry, I didn’t see that.
