Sims hairs turns green after exporting

Soo when i import hairs from sims and add the bones, my friend told me that i have to export them as fbx, i do but when im in the studio the hair basically turns green and the only color i can do is black, then i tried exporting as obj but then the bones are not exporting so idk what to do

Are you applying a texture or are you using Roblox’ properties tab to recolour them?

Using the roblox properties tab to recolour but still they are coming out as green even though no anything is added just the original thing

Could you give me the blend/fbx file to see if it happens to me? That way it would be easier to find a solution.

AH found it, you had vertex colours applied; easy fix.
Object data properties > Colour attributes > Select “Col” and then press the minus icon to remove it.

A small nit-pick of mine–there are duplicate bones in the hair that battle for the hair’s weight, remove those if you wish to animate without much problems.
