About: This is the official staff handbook that staff members of the group can use when they need help or need certain information on a subject.

Interview Procedures
About: We are only interview for the Trainee rank at the moment. Only Assistant Management+ can help with interviews.
Shouts:
[INT] Interview will be hosted by [USERNAME] and co-hosted by [USERNAME] at [TIME]. (Post this at least an hour before the interview time)
[INT] Interviews have now started, head on down to the interview center.
[INT] Interviews have now been slocked. (Post this after the host slocks the server)
Expectations: Here at Smokiez we expect the host, co-host, and other staff to arrive at the interview center 15 minutes before slocking time as the host and co-host needs to be prepared and ready at least 5 minutes early.
Lines: All staff members should be on their designated lines.
Process:
- All staff members helping with interviews should arrive 15 minutes early. (Only 6 staff members allowed)
- The host should slock the server to prevent non staff from arriving early.
- When all staff members arrive slock the server.
- The host will wait 5 minutes after the actual interview time to start the session.
- The host should slock the server.
- The host will use the :m command to announce to everybody that they should be seated.
- 2 minutes later the host should announce that everybody that isn’t seated will be kicked. (Kick the players that are not seated)
- After everybody is seated the host should announce these rules one by one.
Rules:
- Please stay seated unless given further instructions.
- Please use grammar at all times throughout the interview.
- Please be respectful to those around you.
- Patiently wait for your turn. (You will be kicked after warning for rushing staff)
- Please pay attention at all times or you will miss your chance to be interviewed.
- No inappropriate behavior or actions will be tolerated.
- Please do not mass spam the chat (You will be kicked immediately after warning)
- Each player gets 2 warning then they will be kicked from the server.
- Failure to follow any of these rules will result in a fail.
Process:
9) The host will make an announcement that interviews start now
10) Each staff member will take a player one by one to their office and ask them the following interview questions.
Trainee Questions:
After Question Process:
Passed: If the person you interviewed passed you will write their name down and tell them that they passed and that they will be ranked shortly. Kick them from the server. (Send all the names of the people that passed to the #passed channel in the discord server)
Failed: If the person failed tell them they failed the interview process and that they can try again another time then kick them from the server.
All name in the #passed channel will be ranked
After everybody but the staff are gone this will conclude the interview process.
