Some parts/models failing to stream in for a player

Summary
An issue with part streaming since 2022 has resurfaced since a short while ago where a part of the game will be missing or not streamed in for a player. I have just experienced this personally myself and have also received several reports of this happening to our other players up until this report.

Part streaming failing to load in certain parts

Players in my game are experiencing a client-sided Roblox bug where certain parts fail to load in via part streaming. It is confirmed that this is client side (part streaming is client side, anyway) as other players in the same server do not experience the same issue. The parts make up train tracks in the game. The parts seem to fail to load in a way that groups them into a section. However, the parts themselves are not all grouped into the same model. This causes a gap in the parts loaded. T…

Expected Results
No part of the game should be missing for the player.

Earlier today we reverted a change that could have be related to this issue. Could you please check whether the problem still occurs on new servers? Since the change is static, existing servers will only pick up the reverted version until they restart.

How early do you mean? This occurred at 8:33 PM Eastern with the server only being around 10 minutes old.

I don’t know if any players have experienced this in our open games.

I don’t know what could be the cause or how to test it, so I’m not sure what I would send as a repro file. I added the game link to the original bug report. However, it’s currently closed to the public as it’s work in progress. Is testing it possible?
