Some players have the inability to use KeyframeReached

In our basketball game, a player was having problems passing, he was able to cause other players to lock-on for the pass (initiate); but not able to actually release the ball (finish). My brother had some worries about running passes (KeyframeReached) 100% on the server (forced passes did this already); but now they will be.

Anyways, my brother used this animation repro, with the player to see if it persisted. It did, he was unable to change the color of the baseplate (by pressing p). Our passing animation had only one keyframe to hit, the repro one had 10.

If you need any information from the user, I think he’d be willing to help.
That’s all we got, I’ve seen it happen before but I can never tell if it’s our fault or not.
