Sponsored Experiences moving to Ads Manager

Is this something I should try? I want to sponsor my experience for 2 weeks. I am afraid to spend a lot of Robux because so many people are having negative experiences using this system. Do you have any other recommendations for me, and other devs who wish to run a successful campaign?

I’m having no issues. It’s a bit different for sure. But what I do is I purchase 20 credits for +5000 robux, to meet the minimum required. Here is an example of what I’ve got:

For the required ad credit, I did the lowest… 0.02. Which is working out. When I put the ad for all platforms and ages also it worked better. I am noticing I am getting a lot more clicks from mobile devices though. I don’t recommend having it auto for a week or two. Try it every day for a couple of days to test it out. This way you can feel comfortable. For the bidding, not really sure what it means by that still.

However, the more robux you put into the ad, obviously the more people will see it. .5-2% Play Rate is what you want to aim for typically. Once you run the ads, it takes about an hour or two for it to actually start working so don’t panic. It’ll also start low, with maybe like 5-16 impressions. After an hour of that it’ll jump.

Thanks for sharing, I really appreciate it. I’m going to give this a shot, run a few tests of that first. Fingers crossed it all works out.

Hello, I wanna sponsor my game without an ad account, is there a way to do that?

I heavily dislike this new feature in every way. It just basically supresses passionate/indie developers more at this point.

I only recommend using this if you have a ton of robux to spare with the old sponsor system I usually got 1 robux per play. For the new ad system you need to bid a minimum of 0.01 which is 2.85 robux per play.

This is so horrible I know some developers have gotten their game to 200-2000 concurrent with this system but to most devs who don’t have hundreds of thousandths of robux to spare it gets games nowhere not to mention you need a minimum of 10 ad credits (2,850R$) to even create one.

This ad system does have some good features though like being able to schedule your ads at specific times and getting refunded for unused robux like when roblox goes down but it is still a severe downgrade to the previous system

I wanted to advertise my game for 1k robux but was forced to spend nearly 6k… the minimum credits required is 20 not 10, that is highly misleading.

A suggestion for Roblox: Can we please have an option to spend $1 a day for an entire month for people with low budgets?

ran ads last month and im not a fan of the results

My CPM was 0.02, you should make sure your ad is visually appealing otherwise nobody will click it.

I keep getting an error each time I try to make an account.

pretty sure my ad is appealing…

Send a picture of the game icon; you can’t just assume your own ad is appealing.

i mean i didnt think it was all that bad

The new sponsor system isn’t too bad.

The top sponsor was Xbox only and the bottom one was mobile only.

its because more then likely your ad looks good. do you mind showing all of ur settings and the logo of your game?

Which one do you want to see the settings from?

lets try for the one with 240k impressions

I just used these settings.

I did the same for the other one but console only.
