I was thinking it would be cool if we had something like a “RotarySpring” constraint, where instead of the spring bouncing length-wise, it had a desired rotation (Sort of like a wind-up toy). That’s really all the idea is.

i think you mean torsion spring. this would be useful, and even more so with variants like constant force springs
