Expected behavior
It shouldn’t be here at all, i already used the start menu to go to a game!

Looks like a duplicate of: For some reason the Startpage is in a language I did not set it to
However, since the original bug was marked as fixed I’m guessing a change was reverted to where this is an issue again.
Ah yes, the forbidden language
To get rid of this, on any roblox studio page (must be in a studio, not the app home page), right click the top bar
Once clicked, simply make sure StartPage is unchecked. This was the fix for me!
