StreamingEnabled causes almost entire map to deload

When I join the game the game’s map is fully loaded then after a short lag spike almost everything in the entire map gets de-loaded by streaming enabled I know this because I disabled it and this issue never happens while its disabled I am trying to fix it while its enabled to optimize the game since the map is huge

Expected behavior

For the game’s map to not be fully de-loaded and to only de-load the area that’s not included in the StreamingTargetedRadius
