StreamingEnabled Debugger randomly appeared

I enabled streamingenabled for my game and now i have this

i already have read this topic about it but i dont have the plugin installed (never heard of it before i read the topic) and i already tried the things said in the topic

Any help is welcome since this debugger is kinda annoying

maybe try first pressing Shift + F3, then after that, use SHIFT + 1 to cycle through

Turn off Networking → Render Streaming Regions
