Studio loses connection when opening multiple instances

Reproduction Steps

System Information:
CPU AMD Ryzen 5700X 9-core Processor
RAM 16GB
GPU AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT

How to reproduce issue:

Step 1: Open one window/ instance of studio
Step 2. Head over to File > open from Roblox > Open another window/ instance of studio
Step 3. Head over to the Toolbox and drag and drop some assets into the newly opened instance.
Step 4. Try dropping one of the Synty assets into the newly opened instance. The red connection icon should appear almost instantly.

Expected Behavior

If everything is working correctly than I shouldn’t be experiencing and connectivity issues simply by having multiple windows of studio opened. The issue occurs almost immediately when I have try and upload or drag and drop some assets into studio when I have multiple (two) studio windows open.

Actual Behavior

What actually happens is that I lost connection and connectivity.

Happening to me as well, and several other developers I work with. Needs to be addressed immediately, this is a very critical bug for studio users. I have another bug report open already.

Studio loses connection with server when inserting certain objects from file/other world

Hi, thanks for the report. In the other thread an engineer stated that the issue should be resolved. Can you try restarting studio and confirm if the issue is still there for you?
