roblox, PLEASE make this happen. im so done removing the shortcuts whenever it updates.

6 years and not a single moderator, engineer, or anyone that works at roblox for that matter has seen this thread. why even have a feature request topic if not a single person actually reads them?

This is not intentional, I asked some Studio engineer in person at some point and it’s a limitation of the way they register the application with the operating system. It’s because Studio is actually two applications, a bootstrapper that also handles updating, that then dynamically updates the actual Studio application. It’s tough to solve while also supporting a self-updating installation like they do currently.
