I would like to raise the topic of the fact that there are quite few opportunities in roblox for flexible customization of visual effects and model shading.
I came across this when I was trying to make stylized foliage, where the main goal was to get rid of unnecessary shadows (right tree). And the result I was able to achieve (left tree)
I did this by converting normals from “plane” to foliage. This gives the so-called neon effect. Information about this can be found in this video (link from below)
I would be interested to know how you solve the problem with extra shadows in the foliage of trees?
