Summit Hotel & Resort | Alliance Information
Summit Hotel & Resort is ecstatic to see you thinking about forming a positive alliance with us! Throughout this document, we will be digging deeper on our requirements and standards to work alongside Summit Hotel & Resort as an alliance. This includes requirements necessary to meet before applying for an alliance as well as the application itself and the expectations necessary to meet during the alliance. Prior to applying for an alliance, please ensure that your group meets our alliance standards and requirements as stated below.

Alliance Requirements
- Your group or community must have 10,000+ group members. Group members as in real players. Alternative accounts will not count.
- Your group or community must have at least fifteen or more concurrent players at one of your games.
- Your group or community shall not have any history of free ranking, revoking a users privilege to claim their game pass ranks, etc.
- Your group or community must have a clean and reputable history throughout the ROBLOX platform.
- Your group or community must send a minimum of two alliance representatives to our communications server upon formation of the alliance.
- Your group or community must follow and comply with our guidelines and ROBLOX Terms of Service & Use.
- If you’re applying for a discord partnership, you must have a 1,000+ member community server. Members as in real server members. Alternative accounts will not count.
- Your community server must show overall activity. If your community server inactive, do not consider applying.
- Your community server must not be toxic. We expect a professional community server with rules and guidelines that must be met by all community members.

Alliance Expectations
- We expect your group or community to follow all rules and guidelines while on Summit Hotel & Resorts property.
- We expect your group or community to be professional, mature and respectful while on Summit Hotel & Resorts property.
- We expect your group or community to actively keep up with the alliance events and throughout our communications server and announce certain announcements from our group when requested.
- We expect your group or community to write responses that explain in detail the kind of group you are.
Alliance Application
Thank you for showing interest in applying for an alliance with Summit Hotel & Resorts! With that, if you meet both the alliance requirements and alliance expectations, you’re welcome to send an application containing the answers to the following questions:

âžť Roughly, how many players are at your main facility at all times?
âžť Why would you like to form an alliance with Summit Hotel & Resort?

âžť Do you agree and understand that we can terminate this alliance if your group violates our guidelines and Roblox Terms of Service?

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have completed your application, you must send it to a member of Summit Hotel & Resorts “Public Relations” Department. On another note, we will only consider applications in the form of google documents. This means that any documents that are simply written out and messaged to a Public Relations Department member will automatically be declined.

- Our goal is to respond within 1-3 days of you filling out the alliance application. If we miss the time period, you are more than welcome to message any member of Summit Hotel & Resort’s Public Relations to get a status update on your application!
âžť Who are your Public Relations Staff?
- Anyone with the “- | Public Relations” role in our community server are part of our Department of Public Relations, in this case, brooke#0001, iamstubit#8207 and ryan!#4824. If any are unavailable, you are able to message any Rank 20+.
