Admin Abuse

Admin abuse is something widely frowned upon when it comes to groups. The intentional misuse of commands for whatever reason is in no way tolerated and will result in moderative action against you and/or your rank; such action will vary depending on the severity of the admin abuse. Moreover, if you are subject to admin abuse or witness it occur, you should report it to an SHR as soon as possible in order to suppress the situation without causing an issue.

Professionalism and Maturity

Here at Summit Hotel and Resort, we want to guarantee that all guests have an experience much to their satisfaction. Since ranks 4 | Receptionist through 12 | Human Resources are the main workforce within the group, we expect that every single staff member should be able to show professionalism and maturity; we expect grammar at all times whilst working (ie. in the hotel or training center) as well as maintaining a professional attitude. This ensures that anyone who visits the hotel can see the overall good behavior and attitude to work. However, this does not mean you cannot have fun with your friends or co-workers.

Affiliates

Forming an Alliance
Summit is always looking to expand it’s community and constantly looking for new affiliates. If you wish to form an alliance with Summit we have some requirements :

• 10,000 members or more

• Active community

• Mainly seen as a non-toxic community

• Willing announce our events

• Must have a Discord server

• An average of 10 players or more

Alliance Questions

(NOTE: 3 sentences are needed for those which require explanation)

  4. How can your group benefit Summit Hotels?

  12. Do you agree to try maintaining a strong, stable alliance?

Alliance Visits
To keep a strong and stable alliance, it happens that Summit gets involved in Alliance Visits in the idea of having fun and also exploring the other groups’ games. Meeting the staff and founders are always a good way to make friends. Be advised that while visiting an ally, you are not allowed to be against the rules. Same for Summit, you respect the ally’s rules and you stay respectful with grammar to show some professionalism.

Staff Rules
Summit has a lot of restricted commands. Abusing these commands will get you immediately fired without warning. In addition, you should never use commands without a rational reason behind their use. They are strictly for moderation purposes, not for showing off.

Restricted Commands and Admin Abuse

  • Shutdown

  • Ws
  • To (Depending on the Situation)
  • M
  • Sm
  • Promptpurchase
  • ”all”
    And basically, anything used for abusive purposes.

Only rank 17 | Vice Chairperson or above are allowed to bypass all of these commands unless a VCP+ gave permission to use it.

Grammar
Grammar is a rule a lot of other groups have; keeping good grammar shows other people/guests how professional the group is. Maintaining proper grammar is a simple way to help you in your everyday life as well as maintaining a sophisticated attitude to work as a whole; for example, sending an email to a colleague. Grammar includes using proper punctuation, such as periods at the ends of your sentences, properly capitalizing letters, refraining from slang such as “gonna,” etc.

Uniform/Packages
Despite Summit Hotel’s uniform automatically equipping when you join the hotel, there are still a few rules we enforce about how you are presented. When and if you are wearing a package that will cover parts of the uniform (ie. a zombie torso not showing the uniform on it) you will be asked to change into which you can see the uniform. Nonetheless, we will not restrict what you choose to wear to express yourself; as long as it’s within reasonability (wide acceptability range) then you can wear whatever suits you. In addition, do not purposely dress like a troll, or to provoke controversy.

Gaining Rank Back After A Suspension/Demotion

We believe in maintaining a fair, and respectful environment. Often, when abuse of privileges occur we give the user a second chance to redeem themselves instead of straight-up firing and banning them. Please do not abuse your second chance. If you find you were suspended or demoted for whatever reasoning, wait it out. Your rank will eventually be restored. If you are unsure of the reasoning, contact an SHR. If you believe it was unfair, you have a chance to appeal it. But by any means, do not attempt to regain your rank through the Ranking Center if you were demoted/suspended for any reason. Doing so will result in an unappealable ban from the group and game.
