The ‘My Feed’ page has been missing from my account for about a month and a half or so. While I will miss it (out of pure nostalgia), it is time.
I do want to see group notifications moved to the notifications tab. I, alongside many other groups use this feature often and without access to it to notify our members, it’s fairly useless.
I doubt roblox will integrate guilded. When they acquired guilded, they said they would keep the platforms separate.
while this was inevitable, i absolutely hate the way it was done;
i liked being able to just have all group shouts and any friend updates on a single page, but the way it has been purely neglected just to eventually turn it obsolete is not cool at all
Maybe you can make it so that you can do group shouts whenever and it goes to their notification box and if they (members) don’t want it to go there they can go to their settings to opt out of it instead of leaving group.
The My Feed page was rarely used after it was moved to it’s own page on the sidebar anyways, so I have no problem with this.
We still have the in-app chat and the messaging system. The Forum was removed because too many people were causing problems, and status was removed because we have the about section.
Those aren’t the only people who cause problems on the Devforum. There are also those people who make their opinions clear whenever they can and throw a hissy fit whenever anyone disagrees with them. I used to be one of them, but I’m trying to change that. Don’t worry about the Devforum getting removed, it does lots more good than bad.
I agree with the forums part, but the statuses are still very useful, and the About me isn’t as good because people wont want to read it most of the time, the the in app chat is completely useless. You cant say about half (taking a guess) of the english dictionary if not more, including words like Discord on 13+ accounts!
You seem to only care about not being able to say Discord because you’ve mentioned it twice now, but Roblox has their reasons to censor it. They don’t like people going off their platform to do Roblox-related things.
Also, the only difference between the about section and the status section is that status appeared in the my feed tab, which obviously is being sunsetted.
that statement is just factually wrong, roblox really doesnt care what you do outside of the platform, wether it be breaking ToS or doing shady things; as long as you earn them enough money.
Unless you’re someone they don’t like. Then they care.

Was hoping we’d get a better home page one day. Oh well.
Will the ability to follow users stay, and if so what will come in the future to actually make use of them?
Pretty sure it will be staying, many people use that feature. Not sure what it would be used for anymore but I’ll look into it and see if I can find an answer for you.

and i see where you all come from with this, but i think the feed tab used to be better in older versions of the website
My suggestion is to maybe try and implement the old style of the feed (being able to see it on your home page by scrolling down) with the updated website design of course. ^^

Most people who go on your profile would see your status first, now what? Some people are unable to even edit about, plus not many people read that.
