We have wheat models in our game, and we used the transparency mode to have it so the wheat can still be seen, but the part can be transparent, because we use UV Mapping on a texture flip book so we can have optimized draw calls. This worked flawlessly and then broke around ~1 week ago. We are sure that nothing was deleted, the texture works perfectly on Overlay mode and TintMask mode, but we need Transparency mode because of the inversion it does, which no longer works. This has been checked across multiple studios and other developers PoVs and it is broken across the board.
