Introduction
The Tastetea Code of Conduct consists of general rules and regulations which we require all customers and employees to follow. These rules are created to maintain a safe, positive, and fun environment for all people. Any breaking of these guidelines can result in a warning, kick, ban, blacklist, demotion, or suspension depending on the severity of the infraction.
Attitude
Here at Tastetea, we require all customers, staff, and allies to show proper attitude and manners. Having a bad attitude makes not only the staff look bad, but the group itself. Showing a positive attitude (having good manners, being respectful, etc.) will create a better environment at Tastetea. Showing a negative attitude (having bad manners, being disrespectful and rude, etc.) will result in a bad reflection on Tastetea. Failure to bind by this rule will result in one warning, then a kick/ban.
Attire
Tastetea requires all staff and customers to wear appropriate clothing while stepping foot on Tastetea territory. You are restricted from wearing any crazy t-shirts, hats, packages, and clothing. It is also required to be wearing a shirt and pants at all times. Failure to listen to this rule will result in removal from the server, and potentially a ban.
Responsibility
All staff members of any rank are expected to take responsibility for their actions. No matter what you’re doing, anything can be held accountable against you. It is by the requirement for all staff to create a fun and organized environment. We tolerate a bit of fun at times, but you must still maintain responsibility here at Tastetea. You’re allowed to socialize with your friends, but you should still keep your working pace at the same speed.
Promotions
Asking for promotion to any rank will not be tolerated at Tastetea. This can lower your chances of becoming an MR, as well. Promotions are earned, not asked for. Continuing to ask for a promotion can get you Staff Assistant Restricted, where you may no longer have a chance to become an MR, or even demoted.
Behavior
All Tastetea staff and visitors are expected to be on their best behavior whilst on Tastetea ground. We do not want to see people being rude, disrespecting others, trolling, etc. We ask that everyone tries to avoid drama and/or commotion at all times, as that makes Tastetea look bad towards our allies and new visitors. If someone is being inappropriate in-game, please forward proof to a Staff Assistant+ for the problem to be solved.
Conclusion
All rules listed in this document must be followed at all times in-game, on the Discord server, and in the group. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a consequence, depending on the severity of the rule broken. There are also a series of rules that you are required to read and follow in the #server-information channel in the communications server.
