Code of Conduct

Introduction
The Code of Conduct is a common policy for all ranks, including customers and staff, in all Tealive games.

The Code of Conduct consists of -
How you greet yourself, behave properly, and go along with other people in Tealive Cafe.
They also need to get in touch with these rules. Failure to follow these rules will result in an equitable action.

There are two different sections:
• The “General Code of Conduct” section applies to everyone.
• The “Staff Code of Conduct” section applies to all employees.

General Code of Conduct

Friendly Environment Mission
Tealive is committed to a role of flexibility in all aspects of our group.

We fulfill this mission by a commitment to -
• Understanding environmental issues and sharing information with our staff
• To develop convenient and easy solutions to solve problems
• Recognizing that responsibility is crucial to our environmental future
• Encouraging everyone to cooperate in our mission


Customer’s Rights
Every customer should be treated equally. We strive to make every customer’s experience pleasant and fulfilling, and we treat our customers as we treat one another, with respect and dignity.


General Rules and Policies

Everyone must comply with our General Rules and Roblox Community Rules. Administrators and Moderators have the right to punish anyone if they break the General Rules and Policies or Roblox Community Rules.

[1] General
• You are not allowed to troll, exploit and glitch in the game.
• Being rude to anyone including staff is not allowed.
• Being destructive and causing discomfort is not allowed.
• You must cooperate with our Tearistas.
• All kinds of bullying, harassment, and all uncalled-for negativity are forbidden.

[2] Services
Fun commands are strictly prohibited.
Do not abuse your admin commands permission.
• Tearistas In-Training are not allowed to work until training is completed.
• Customers must receive the best quality of service.
• You must use grammar and correct punctuation.
• You are expected to use a sense of maturity and grammar while on duty.
• No hinting or bragging for promotion.

[3] Punishments
• Trolling or disturbing customer’s comfort can result in a server ban.
• Exploiting will result in a game ban and will be blacklisted.
• Any employees breaking the service rules can result in a demotion or will be re-trained.

Please note that everyone must follow all the rules. Administrators will not hesitate to ban you. If you believe you have been falsely banned for any reason, please visit our Ban Appeal server.

What to include in your appeal -
• The reason why you were banned.
• Why should we unban you?
• How you will change your attitude if we unban you.
• Include an apology to the community.

You must write your appeal in a paragraph and is honest as possible. You may add more information into your appeal than this for a higher chance of getting unbanned.


Conclusion
Once your appeal has been sent off, our Administration team will review it and you’ll get a response within 48 hours. If your appeal is accepted, the ban that you appealed will be successfully lifted, but it does not restrict you from future bans. Please carefully consider your actions at Tealive games in the future. Feel free to message any Chief Staff Officer or above with questions or concerns.



Staff Code of Conduct

The Staff Code of Conduct is a general policy for all Tearistas, including Middle Ranks and High Ranks in all Tealive games. This is not the handbook, please refer to the Tearista Handbook for more information.


[1] Dress Code
Tearistas are required to wear formal and proper attire while on duty. Any inappropriate attire is strictly forbidden such as racist, homophobic, and discriminatory clothing and et cetera. It is also important to use a realistic torso as long the uniform is visible.


[2] Manners
Tearistas are expected to act properly in all Tealive games. Your common sense is your natural ability to make good judgments and to behave practically and sensibly. It is important to use your common sense to behave in any situation.

We do not tolerate disrespect regardless of rank or fame. All kinds of bullying, harassment, and all uncalled-for negativity are strictly forbidden. Your misbehavior and misconduct don’t only affect you, it may cause a scar in the group as well.

The Management Team will never listen to such ridiculous excuses from your misconduct. Any actions that are done are the account holder’s responsibility regardless of who was doing it. Absurd excuses such as “I got hacked” or “It was my brother” will most likely be declined.

If you are caught not obeying the policies, The High Ranks do not hesitate to take appropriate action depending on your rank and the rigor of the situation.


[3] Promotions
Tearistas In-Training and Tearistas can get promoted by attending training sessions. Training promotions to Senior Tearista only happen once a month. Do note that you are required to serve at least for a week or more to be qualified for Senior Tearista training.

If you are interested in being promoted further than Senior Tearista, the first thing that you should avoid is hinting as it reduces the chance of being promoted. Asking for promotions, complaining about the unfairness of someone else being promoted, or telling an admin that you have worked for months would be considered as hinting, and could lower your chances of being promoted to higher ranks. This applies to everyone as it is viewed as unprofessional and disrespectful.

As we are practicing for a flexible and healthy workspace, you shouldn’t spend your whole day working behind counters, considering it’s unhealthy and it will not increase your chances of a promotion. Put your feet up if needed!


[4] Grammar
Everyone including Tearistas is expected to use grammar and punctuation at all times when you’re working behind counters. Failure to do so may result in a strike if you keep interacting with texts without grammar.


[5] Admin Commands
Every Tearistas+ can call for help and hand customers items. The help command should be used when you encounter a situation where you need an admin’s help such as handling a troller or spot an exploiter in the game. To use the command, type out the word “!help” in the chatbox.

The hand to command should be used to hand items to those who order from your counter. To use this command, press the H key on your keyboard and type out the customer’s username while holding the item you wish to give. If you’re working on a mobile device, tap the GUI on the top left of your screen and type out the customer’s username while holding the item you wish to give, and press enter.

These commands should only be used when necessary, abusing the admin commands will result in an instant demotion. Shift Leaders are granted the ability to kick disruptive players if there are no admins on the server. To kick a player, type out “:kick [Name] [Reason]”. Keep in mind that only Shift Leaders and above can use this command, and any sort of abuse of the kick command will result in an immediate demotion without hesitation.
