Can confirm - Roblox Studio also does not allow you to open any games, at least from my experience.

This incident only happens to Team Create games.

Just checked Arsenal by ROLVe again, it had 25K players before, now it dropped down to 18K, nice going if you ask me

Roblox Studio literally closed itself when I tried to open a Team Create place. I could open non Team Create places a few minutes ago though.
