Hello ! I recently updated one game and before publishing it, terrain looked like this (the blue and black tent is normal)
But after publishing the game, terrain looked like this (blue and black tent flooded with snow)
I really need help cause this is very important ! Have a good day
Maybe double check that the buildings are anchored? Also, try editing the terrain a bit and seeing how it affects the game.
Let me know if you found anything through either of these methods
They are anchored, and after editing it still look the same

Are both screenshots in studio, or in game?
Try change your Roblox Graphic settings, i had it ages ago and it worked

The normal one is on Studio but the flooded one is in game (and it appears in studio after publishing and quitting)
They are already at 1 [30 Chaaaaaaaaaaars]

Seems to me to be a script doing this, not terrain issue.
Do you have any idea of what could do this ?
No, try turn them up. As mine were randomly at 1 then i turned it back to normal and it was fixed.
Alright, But the problem is that the terrain also shows up weirdly in the studio

Did you ever change the terrain to look like this new way, with the snow covering the tents?
Also, is this snow that covers the tents roblox terrain or did you create this terrain using mesh?
The terrain was hand-made and also I never changed the terrain to look like this new way. Even after reverting to an old version I got this snow covering tents
maybe move the tents up? Is there a reason this won’t work?

The tents are not underneath the terrain, the terrain is above where it used to be.

I suspect you have maybe used a free model that adds snow terrain through a script, to make it look like snow storm has just fallen.
Especially if you dont see the terrain in studio, but in game, then the script is acting in game so you see it, but in studio you see nothing as the terrain generation doesnt happen during studio session.
We don’t use free models in the game,
But the terrain looks ugly. And it doesn’t fit with the camp

We? team create? I assume you have consulted with your team about this? I would inspect the tent models closer and look for scripts.
What have you added since when it was working?
Also, try searching your explorer hierarchy for the word Terrain and see if any part comes up suspicious.
Edit: do you have a weather system scripted into this game? If so, check the code for any FillBlock or FillRegion.
I only terrained a new part of the terrain an published an audio
