Terrain Water can allow you to swim on land

Overview

When initiating swimming in the terrain water and aiming straight down and being flush with the ground, you can briefly swim on the ground by exiting the terrain water.

Expected Behaviour

The swimming state should be properly cancelled when the player leaves the water.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a new place.
  2. Add some water to the baseplate.
  3. Play the game and swim in the water.
  4. Swim straight down so that you are flush with the floor and keep that position.
  5. Use A and D to move out of the water.

The bug is indeed fixed, although I have found a new one related to this fix:

As seen in the attached video, the player instantly changes their orientation, which looks very overwhelming.

But the general bug is fixed. Thanks!
