Hello everyone, this week I was working in the studio I noticed that when I press play to test with my avatar, the lighting and graphics go down a lot, but when I stop the test they return to how they were. Everything happened after an update.
I thought it was my project, but I already made a new one for testing and the same thing happens.
The sunrays also stopped working.
Try modifying the Edit Quality Level from 4 to 16 but it didn’t work.
Is it a bug?
Anyone know what happens that can help me? I do not know what to do.
Hi, I have already uploaded the graphics to the maximum, it looks a bit brighter but the shadows doesn’t work and in general everything is still opaque.
ROBLOX Studio allows you to edit your projects with high quality graphics by default.
When you pressed play, you opened the project with default player graphics settings and your graphics became worse.
This is not a bug, sun rays are working with high quality game graphics settings.
Your edit quality settings won’t help.
You can not do anything, to show everyone your high graphics, because their graphics settings should be set to max to see sun rays and your high quality graphics.
If you want to see your graphics as in studio, when you test your game, you have to open game menu (those three bars) , go to graphics, make it manual and set to max.
Hope this will help.
If you need further help, feel free to DM me on Discord or PM on ROBLOX devForum.
Thanks guys , I was testing the graphics configuration as mentioned and that was it. For some reason every time I pressed the play button the graphics were down.
If your cellphone is bad, even using max graphic, it wont project any shadows while using ShadowMap tecnolgy, because the cellphone needs to keep stable, or it would crash, or overheat it alot
